Product Description

When your purchased item arrives, keep all packing material intact. Try the brace on to see if it fits properly. If the brace does not fit, please contact Medical Sources the same day the product is received (this is verified by the UPS delivery date from UPS tracking). If the date you call matches the date with of UPS delivery we will work with you in every way to exchange the product for the correct size or if necessary return it. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchanging or returning any brace or product, unless it is due to an error by our company. When we receive the item back into our warehouse and all criteria for an exchange or refund are met, the requested activity will be executed. PLEASE NOTE: for any return or exchange to be valid the the date you call must be the same day that the product was delivered as well the product being return shipped must be in new resale condition.
